This proposed project is absolutely criminal. The areas that these solar farms will be built upon are of outstanding beauty. I have been brought up in this area and at 26 years of age I am currently in the process of purchasing my own property. However, I am disgusted to learn that my very view from my windows downstairs will be of these industrial sites. In my view, the farmers have been totally hoodwinked and I’ve not been given the full facts and information on exactly what is involved when purchasing, building and maintaining the sites. We already know that wildlife will be driven away and will not likely to ever return. We have been told that the land being used for these farms is not prime agricultural land. again we are being hoodwinked because as I write this email crops are growing and have been for many decades The villages that are to be subjected to chaos and will never recover. The opposed back lanes, the small country roads are already in the worst state of repair, and we all know the amount of wagons and lorries that will travel through to get to the fields will cause extreme pressure to the village. The noise pollution above all will be the biggest concern .We are a very quiet village and we’ve chosen to work hard and purchase property in a place which has naturally grown with the beautiful trees plants and wildlife. Whilst I do not oppose to solar farms. I actually cannot understand why in the north of England, you are keen to produce renewable energy using solar panels, instead of wind turbines, which are actually not ugly and produce more energy given this area gets more wind than sun-and do not cause restriction to our beautiful land. I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS PROJECT
