I believe this should be declined. The playground where many children of the village play, including my own, will lose much of its character. It and the school would seem surrounded by fencing, ruining the aesthetic and potentially making the school play areas and village playground feel unsafe and scary to the children it is meant for. The disruption caused on all the local roads would be extreme. Roads in the village area can already be disrupted with tractors and farm vehicles but the construction of a solar farm would cause incredible amounts of disruption and upset for thousands of people in the surrounding area. People's journey to work will be affected. Land so close to public areas such as schools and houses should not be used for large anaesthetic projects like this.
