I have a personal interest in a home in a neighborhood effected for proposed development and am concerned with the integrity of the surrounding area. My concerns are: 1. The proposed site lies within a Green Belt Area and the character of rural settlements should be conserved by retaining existing features and local patterns in all development schemes. 2. Due to the nature of the scale of the proposal and height of the infrastructure, the development's impact on the rural landscape and local residential positioning will be severely impacted and impaired. 3. There will be catastrophic impacts to local wildlife and their habitat. 4. Agricultural land use will be severely impaired which is vital to the local community lifestyle, commerce, and general economy. 5. There is no realistic benefit to the local community.
