There are are more barren disused site within the North East this needs to be considered. Increase in traffic, leading to more risks to the road users currently. Risk to the environment, wildlife, country side as a whole. Risk to personnel in the immediate area, with the construction of the site and traffic. Roads in the surrounding are are poor now with extensive pot holes, even more damage will be done with the construction traffic. Risk to depreciation of house prices. Risk of vandalism and criminal damage if the site goes ahead.
