I am really concerned about the size of this development. It is going to be monsterous surrounding our small village which is in a conservation area. It is far to close to the houses and the tiny school. It will probably result in people not sending their children to the village school and it will close. We will be living in effectively living in the middle of a brownfield site. I believe it will greatly effect the local businesses, including the two public houses, the equestrin centre, the wake park and lots more. People come to these businesses because they are attracted to the characterful location which is protected by having considervation status. It will be hugely detrimentl to wildlife. Will effect the local amenity of the area and no doubt effect the residents wellbeing and mental health.
