The proposed development poses several compelling concerns that warrant careful consideration: ? Increased Noise and Traffic:The influx of heavy machinery and construction traffic associated with the development will undoubtedly disrupt the peaceful ambiance of our surroundings. This not only presents logistical challenges for our clients but also raises concerns about noise pollution, which could be particularly distressing for animals with sensitivities. Environmental Impact: Our location amidst the countryside is cherished by our clients for its natural beauty and serenity. The introduction of additional emissions and pollutants from construction activities could pose a threat to the health and well-being of our clients, their animals, and the local wildlife. Local Road: The use of heavy machinery on Redmarshall Road risks causing irreparable damage, to an already unstable road, potentially necessitating costly repairs and inconveniencing our clients. The potential damage may exacerbate existing issues with flooding and road stability. With a singular road running past Dogwood, there are no alternate routes we can advise our clients to use. Client Discomfort and Safety: The presence of heavy machinery and increased traffic poses a safety risk to our clients and their dogs, many of whom visit our facility seeking refuge from external urban noise. The added stress and anxiety caused by the disruption may deter clients from returning, thereby undermining the welcoming atmosphere we strive to maintain Long-term Implications: Beyond the construction phase, concerns persist regarding the ongoing noise generated by inverters and batteries associated with the solar farm. Such disturbances have the potential to further detract from the tranquility of our facility and deter prospective clients from seeking our services.
