Advice given

The best way of raising this issue is to register as an interested party by submitting a relevant representation through our website.

Relevant representations are used by the Examining Authority to help identify the initial principal issues for examination. The deadline for registering as an interested party is 26 August 2014. Below is a link to our Advice Note 8.3: How to register and become an interested party in an application: http://infrastructure.planningportal.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Advice-note-8-3v4.pdf

If National Grid wish to make changes to their application now it will be for the Examining Authority, once appointed, to decide whether or not the changes are material and whether they are likely to result in prejudice to any party.
