The Secretary of State has made a Correction Order (PDF, 46 KB) affecting the M25 Junction 10 / A3 Wisley development. A Correction Notice (PDF, 104KB) was issued on 20 January 2023. The Correction was made following a request from The Applicant’s solicitor BDB Pitmans LLP on 20 June 2022 (PDF, 160 KB).
