That a major scheme to speed up motor vehicles movement on the A46 and A1 neglects to improve Active Travel journeys/options, especially on the eastern side of Newark where the A1, A46 & A17 junction acts as a major barrier to Active Travel journeys. This is in contravention of the Governments own climate change targets.
