London Luton Airport Expansion

Living in Breachwood Green I understand the proximity to the airport however we have constant aircraft noise during the day with [importantly] flights continuing overnight which disturb sleep and present aircraft landing lights glare/light pollution. I have concerns that this will increase and consider there is no requirement for Luton Airport to continue to be exempt from a total night flight ban. All major airports cease flying at night to offer relief from the pollution - I see no good reason why Luton Airport should be excluded from requiring such a ban.
