I live in Breachwood Green which is impacted by the flight path of Luton Airport. We received yet another letter from them about development but this time they say it is going to happen. Yet they give no details about where the new runway will be and if flightpaths will change as they affect housing. Given zero carbon deadlines looming, to expand the airport and to keep flight tickets at a low price encourages excessive use; whereas everyone is told to use minimal heating in their own homes in the depths of winter and high charges are levied to curb usage. All totally ridiculous. If Luton Airport is to have another runway; change its flightpath and impact even more on Breachwood Green, then instead of virtue signalling offering compensation and then refusing to give it, we should know what is intended; when; and how it impacts us all so we can plan.
