London Luton Airport Expansion

Primarily on the grounds of noise and pollution. The Airport Authority and the Luton Burough Council have failed to comply with earlier agreements on volume of traffic and noise and are now applying to virtually double the number of flights per annum. Also, this is a Bedfordshire operation that primarily benefits that county but all the impact is felt by residents of Hertfordshire. I am also concerned at the impact on the local road network and other infrastructure that has not been scaled to accommodate this enormous increase in traffic.
