With airport expansion and increased passenger capacity flight numbers will increase. At the moment it is unbearable due to noise pollution causing insufficient rest due to not being able to sleep and waking up early due to early flights. This will only get worse with airport expansion. Also airport users tend to park on our road and in the area as free parking and causing further congestion to available parking. Moreover [Redacted] when I come back to Luton I notice [Redacted], more pollution will be caused by airport expansion. I would and maybe most of fellow residents could be persuaded if we could be reassured that noise levels could be reduced or at least would be keep at the same noise pollution level. To do this, I would like to suggest to include in your plans tall acoustic wall on the North side of the runway/ airport boundary. Airport runway is located at high level compared to town and as much noise is coming from planes on taxiway and speeding down the runway as planes taking off.
