Expansion of an airport in this day and age, where we are meant to be protecting our planet for future generations seems very backwards; if anything, we should be finding means of reducing flights to reduce our carbon footprint. Also, the new Luton flight path has seen a big impact on villages in South Cambridgeshire which, because of low ambient noises, have had a massive increase in everyday noise pollution. If the number of planes flying above increases then this would become even more unbearable than it already is! To change a flight path to fly over a once peaceful village is totally immoral and which needs to be reconsidered.
