London Luton Airport Expansion

I think the expansion of Luton airport is a terrible idea for the following reasons: - The uk are supposed to be committing to net zero by 2050(which is already too late). I cannot see how building another airport with more planes emitting carbon into the atmosphere will support this target. - We already have planes flying over our house every minute of the day. We do not want any more noise and pollution. The air pollution limits are already classed as 'unsafe' where we live and I do not want any further risk to my son. - It sounds great in principle that more jobs will be created but at what cost? The planet; our health. There are other ways to create jobs that are greener and more sustainable.
