Full objection to the proposed plans. Little consideration or mitigation has been given for the many families, schools, places of worship & business that will be seriously adversely effected, not only during construction but for the life of any development in the proposed form. The infrastructure can't cope with the current daily demands let alone potential additional 18million people movements! The delayed massively over budget Dart will only serve a small number of these passengers, as the majority of passengers have to use cars/taxis due to the very poor surrounding counties public transport provision. One of a few natural gems of LUTON is Wigmore Park. Enjoyed by so many individuals, families & visitors, its such a shame LBC do not look to use this facility for hosting there many events more often. Sadly again due to poor public transport connections I feel. The proposal does not take into account the large number of native wild flora, trees and wildlife that will be desecrated forever with concrete & tarmac. The area of natural beauty is used by so many on a daily basis, being accessible 24/7 to anyone, not just the local population. I for one, travel to this location daily for my dogs & i exercise & mental health as the peace, safety & tranquility afforded from being away from the hustle & bustle of daily life.
