As a resident that can see the runway from my house im utterly opposed to the expansion of London Luton Airport. The fumes from the aircraft are a health hazard. The noise from the aircraft flying over my residence is causing stress to the residents living under the flight paths in this part of Luton. The noise from the airport is a constant hum in the background especially at night time. The revving of aircraft engines often at night can last for a very long time. The health of the residents in and around the airport is at risk at the current passenger numbers. If you visit Asda supermarket in Wigmore Lane the smell from aircraft fumes is disgusting. I oppose any expansion when Luton Borough Council have declared an climate emergency in the town yet are Hell bent to adding to this emergency with more aircraft coming into and out of Luton imposing pollution on the residents of Luton and surrounding areas.
