On behalf of Headway Luton I fully support the Luton Rising expansion plans that will directly benefit many charity organisations in Luton financially by increasing the economic prosperity of Luton in general and by providing much needed increased opportunities of employment for local people, hopefully including people living with disabilities or are marginalised for various reasons.
