The Town Council has previously resolved that these plans are completely inappropriate. Harpenden is already negatively impacted by Luton Airport and plans to increase passenger capacity will only further worsen the already adverse situation. Our objections are broadly covered by the following three areas: 1. Air traffic noise 2. Pollution 3. Transport infrastructure
