  1. The most unsuitably located airport for expansion due to the geographical location, on a hill so runway length extension would be prohibitavely expensive. 2) Destruction of an extremely beautiful part of north herts : a) By air pollution, it is managerial fantasy to assume electric powered passenger aircraft would be operation within 30 plus years. b) Ground pollution by jet efflux deposits on valuable farm land right now, and increasing if more movements are allowed. c) Noise pollution, especially at Breachwood Green, and below arrival and Departure routeswhichever runway is in use, The aircraft combustion engine CANNOT get any more quieter, the produced noise footprints have been incorrectly doctored to produce fake results d) Light pollution, by the building of multistory carparks on land between the airport and Breachwood Green and srrouding areas. 3) The cost to the Bedfordshire council tax payers is huge for , as yet, very little financial return, and no hope with still only three major airlines based there, although Ryan Air is considering a move to Stansted, EasyJet to Gatwick, leaving Wizz AIR the only one, 4) The constuction of suitable link roads to the airport would doubtless, from the north and east ,have to route through this part of North Herts, this would be unecessary and permanent disfigurement, costing the North Hearts council tax a fortune for absolutely no benefit whatsoever. 5) The maps produced in the Proposal Document are totally unreadable, confusing and misleading due mainly the the lack of quality and clarity.
