Noise and pollution are the main impacts to my health and the quiet enjoyment of my property. With easterly arrivals which tend to be in the better weather, my use of the garden is already limited by the noise and frequency of arrivals - conversations are drowned out and there is no sense of relaxation. Mornings and early evenings are the worst as flights are stacked into the slots. Increasing the frequency of flights will make this intolerable and remove my garden as an asset of the house in summer. Night time sleeping in the warmer weather with open windows is "high risk". Aircraft land through to the early hours and if I awake, it's a lottery if I manage to get back to sleep. Currently the flights seem to arrive at about 7 or 8 in the space of 20 minutes which gives me about 40 minutes to fall asleep again before the next hourly cycle. Increased frequency of flights will make it impossible to get back to sleep. There is absolutely no capacity for any increase in disturbances.
