The noise from the aircraft already keeps me awake & I can regularly smell the fuel. The park will be mostly destroyed to accommodate this, losing a huge chunk of a county wildlife site, with the replacement being on the other side of what will be the airport and too far to easily make use of without a car to get there - which is not even within Luton (or Bedfordshire). The traffic will be unbearable, the proposed link road (which breaches the local plan), will result in the primary access to the airport being next to a residential area. On top of this removing all the local roundabouts and installing 11 sets of traffic lights will make traffic conditions worse. The Dart will have no impact on reducing traffic from the local region. I also have safety concerns regarding the safe removal and disposal of the likely hazardous material which exists within the former dump below the park due to how close it is to residential housing and how sloppily the construction of the Dart was carried out.
