I object to this project on multiple grounds: • Noise pollution and disruption to local residents' sleep and quality of life, and mental health; • Air pollution due to aircraft movements, road traffic movements; • Further overcrowding on local roads and excessive demand on local infrastructure; • Further blight on the night sky adding to the already excessive light pollution; • Inappropriate development on hamstrung topography; • Further blighting a local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; • Noise mitigation for local residents is ineffective in the summer months; • Contradictory to any sense of carbon reduction, sustainability and environmental protection aims. • Not in the interest of the local community whose council is funding its own financial interests from public money in a glaringly corrupt conflict of interest on multiple axis. • Expansion across the county boundary to a county that will not benefit; • Destruction of the popular Wigmore park that was given to the local community as a public amenity by the council.
