I feel very strongly against the expansion and feel I should put my reasons to you. I have lived in Kensworth for 40 years and over this time the flights going over my property and have increased to the point where it is adversely effecting my and my families quality of life and enjoyment of living here. My home is directly under the flight path when the aeroplanes are approaching from an easterly direction, this is usually when the weather is at its best and we are outside trying to enjoy the garden. I have noticed that the planes use this approach even more when the winds are south easterly or north or north easterly. The numbers of planes is constant and at times every 2 - 5 minutes and can be in the morning, afternoon and evening. The planes are even flying during the night time and I am constantly woken by the roar of the engines at 2am, 3am, 4am onwards. I am finding this unbearable, it is effecting my quality of life. I cannot sit in the garden and socialise as the noise of the aeroplanes is so loud it is difficult to hold a conversation. This is deemed an area of outstanding natural beauty and should be a peaceful haven for people, animals and vegetation alike. Unfortunately the plants and trees are suffering due to the pollution these aircraft create and I have even found that the leaves have residue of oil and fuel on them. This is totally unacceptable. Instead of being able to enjoy my environment I find it is the total opposite.
