We believe that the sustainable growth of Luton Airport is of huge importance to the future of Luton and will bring great benefit. In addition to bringing additional jobs for those living in Luton, it will support improvement in the standard of living and also allows Luton Rising to invest more back into the local community. The commitment to increase transport modal share supports our own vision (as a passenger transport provider) to offer sustainable bus networks in Luton as well as our longer distance coach services serving the airport. We look forward to working with Luton Rising as we move together towards carbon zero - noting that Luton Rising have gone a great distance to mitigate environmental effects of the proposed growth. We believe that the proposed project is vital for Luton and its regional economy and look forward to being part of this exciting plan.
