Herts County Council have declared a climate emergency. The facts of climate change and nature loss are indisputable. No airport should be expanding. The Luton area suffers from terrible air pollution, the worst for any town of similar size. There needs to be a rapid move to sanction/tax frequent flyers, reduce flights and decarbonise travel generally.
