We object to increased numbers of flights from Luton Airport because 1. We should be cutting our greenhouse gas emissions, not increasing them. We currently have no viable method of low carbon flying 2. Air pollution is already poor in Luton and more flights and all the ancillary ground movements would make this worse 3. Noise pollution destroys health and people living under flight paths will be severely detrimental by more flights
