Noise Envelope Design :- * Noise control monitoring needs to be of a higher standard than in the past. * Luton Airport breached its noise limits in 2017-2019 without redress. * Luton Airport's neighbour commmunities suffer because aircraft are kept below the 8,000ft Heathrow airspace limit. Luton should not expand until this issue has been resolved.
