We support the proposals because they represent an incredible opportunity to deliver long-term prosperity, economic success and support for communities in and around Luton over the next two decades. Luton Rising has developed unique Green Controlled Growth proposals to ensure expansion does not come at the expense of the environment. The work Luton Rising does together with voluntary and charitable organisations is the cornerstone of creating better lives in Luton, and it is only through their support that we are able to provide our annual South Asian music and cultural festival for the people of our town and the surrounding area.
