I’m totally against any expansion of Luton Airport because of the adverse impact on our climate. Worsening of air quality. Increase in noise pollution. Increase in local traffic. Negative impact on wildlife. Expansion goes against all the advice to reverse climate crisis. The infrastructure in and around Luton wouldn’t be able to cope with in increase in traffic. Airport users already park in our neighbourhood to avoid car parking fees making it even harder for locals to park their cars where they live. Bad air quality is already a problem in Luton and I believe the cause of premature deaths. Bad air quality combined with the increase in hay fever allergies has already been proven to cause misery for many more people. The airport is big enough. Be happy with what we already have. Improve existing facilities rather than going for bigger. Quality over size. So NO expansion please
