Luton is the most air-polluted town of it's size in the country. But Luton council wants to double the number of passengers. Luton Airport is already a huge carbon emitter. How can increasing the airport be in line with with the Paris Agreement or the UKs legal commitment to achieve Net Zero by 2050.
