As a business operating in the Airport vicinity we are subjected to daily abuse from visitors to the facility who insist on parking in our facility and leaving their rubbish, diapers and much worse. Often our staff are threatened by these unauthorised visitors when challenged. Our objections and efforts are rejected by Airport Authority in the same way they choose to ignore their passengers...... I appeal to the Planning authority to carry out independent or unannounced visits and witness the appalling state of Luton Airport and the the dismissive attitude of the Airport employees and and contractors. We ask that the Airport is challenged to up their standards to become a Gateway into the UK to be proud of rather than ashamed and to visit some of the airports on the continent to see how visitors can be welcomed and looked after.
