Luton Rising expansion plans do not represent the community. The expansion plans are an attack upon the luton community and surrounding areas. The plans will degrade the quality of life for people. They will affect peoples mental and physical health negatively even more than they are already are. Noise pollution is one of the most intrusive, unpleasant, insidious forms of pollution. Already the volume of aircraft movements is negatively affecting the community. The proposed increase will turn a bad situation into an unbearable situation. The sheer scale of increase demonstrates the lack of empathy for their own community. Luton Rising is an assault upon the health and welfare of the local people. The airports creation of air pollution is already a problem for people. Any increase will accelerate the already significant toxic health hazard. The air pollution problem will be further exacerbated by the proposed increase in road vehicle traffic. The air pollution statistics have not been covered but the current toxicity of pollutants and cancerous effects will emerge during the examination period. Lutons problem is even more acute because the town is in a valley. The toxic air pollutants are being blasted into the community upon take off and landing.
