I am concerned about the infrastructure surrounding the expansion and how this will impact both the countryside and the traffic and ability to travel within the local area. The roads to and from the area are already busy. If you intend to make changes, how long will this take and where will the changes be made as this flat is directly next to the airport and looks like it will be directly affected by the expansion. How will this route and any additional parking be affect the local residents? Will the skys become more noisy. Where is the additional parking required going to be located? Will this affect the surrounding areas and the wigmore area itself. Will any expansion take into consideration the additional volume of traffic day and night. How will these changes and the expansion affect local properties, their value and will any legal searches be impacted when we look to sell in the future? I am interested in how the expansion will impact our daily lives, the flow of traffic and the environment plus if property values will be affected negatively. Will it affect its rental value and suitablility for rent and will it limit the type of interested tenants? It is going to have a direct affect on the properties and residents in wigmore and I would like to know what has been considered to mitigate this.
