Luton is the town with the highest level of air pollution among towns of a similar size. To add to this pollution would be disastrous - a major public health hazard. Also, at a time when nationally and globally we are experiencing sn escalating crisi emergency, measures need to be taken by the responsible authorities to decrease, not increase, the capacity for air flights.
