London Luton Airport Expansion

At its current size, Luton Airport is already a major disruptive and problem presence in the local area. A large number of aircraft take a flight path directly over Harpenden causing major noise and disruption early in the morning and during the night. I strongly advocate a total ban on flights in and out of Luton airport between 11.00pm and 06.00 am, and no further expansion of the airport, or the number of current flights.
