London Luton Airport Expansion

Luton Airport has become steadily busier in the twenty plus years we have lived in Whitwell. The noise from aircraft taking off and landing over the village is now highly disruptive. At key times in the day, from very early morning, aircraft activity is incessant. To increase this noise pollution further would be an act of vandalism for the sake of enhancing profit, driven simply by corporate greed. For the sake of those who live in the wide catchment area, and for the long-term health of the planet, I strongly disagree with the Luton Rising expansion proposal.
