The volume of documentation and its technical basis makes it almost impossible for a resident to review and I worked in the airline industry for 20 years! After 17 years we are now unable to sleep with our windows open. France has recently banned flights between French cities where these journeys can be made by train. Luton Airport currently expects 16 million passengers to fly in/out but wants the numbers to increase to 32 million!! Our country should be a forerunner in reducing emissions and doing our best to reduce climate change.
