The MMO is the Regulator for the Marine Environment in England and is the principle body involved in the licensing of offshore marine works. Our principle concern is the Deemed Marine Licence associated with this Development Consent Order whilst ensuring the protection of the marine environment and facilitating growth in the marine sector as a consequence of the works. We have been involved extensively in the application process with the Applicant up to this point and will be submitting detailed comments throughout the Examination process.
