Representation in response to the Scoping consultation and request to attend future events.

Roxhill (Junction 15) Ltd have not yet submitted an application for development consent, and the project is currently in the Pre-Application stage of the development consent process.

As the project is currently in the Pre-Application stage, we strongly encourage you to raise your concerns with the developer directly if you have not already done so. If an application is made, and Roxhill (Junction 15) have suggested a submission date of Q3/Q4 2017, then you will have a further opportunity to register as an Interested Party and raise your concerns. We encourage all parties to access further information about the process via The Planning Inspectorate website. The Advice Note 8 series should provide advice on how to have your say in the planning process (see here: https://infrastructure.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/legislation-and-advice/advice-notes/

Hearings will be held as part of the Examination process, and all those registered as Interested Parties will be invited to attend.
