Any comments on the Non Material Change Consultation Report (PDF, 10 MB) need to be made by 29 July (Deadline 8) – in accordance with the Examining Authority’s letter under Rule 8 (3) (PDF 172 KB).
The Examining Authority has issued a Procedural decision (PDF, 166 KB) on the Applicant’s request for a change to the original’ application and also a Rule 17 letter (PDF, 154 KB) requesting further information from the Applicant.

The Exam Timetable tab on the project website erroneously stated that the Examination Timetable and the Examining Authority’s Written Questions (ExQ1) would be issued on 23 February 2022.
The timetable, as published in the Rule 8 Letter (Annex A), correctly stated that these documents would be published 'As soon as practicable after the Preliminary Meeting'; they were published on 9 February 2022.
