A Decision Letter (PDF, 703 KB) and Amendment Order (PDF, 187 KB) have been issued by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to make a change that is not material to the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013.

The Secretary of State has received a request on behalf of NNB Generation Company (HPC) Limited (PDF, 73 KB) to pause determination of the Non-Material Change application submitted on 28 July 2020. This has been agreed. The Secretary of State has requested an update by 2 July 2021 (PDF, 76 KB) if the amendment to the application has not been submitted by that date.
