I am a local resident to the proposed Covanta power station in Stewartby Bedfordshire. I would like to know if I will be able to claim for compensation under the Land and Compensation act 1973. This law basically covers home owners for loss of value to their home caused by building of new amenities like roads, hospitals etc. I would appreciate an answer
