Asked if the meeting note sent round with regards to a conference call made between All Smart, Quantum and the IPC could be distributed to those who manage the Park Inn Hotel (location from Preliminary Meeting).

Also queried at what stage other projects were at.

Advice given

Highlighted that we are an open organisation and that it would not be a problem forwarding the meeting note to the venue operators.
This note was however not regarded as s51 advice and would not be placed on our website.

It is anticipated that a number of applications will be submitted to us within Q1 of 2011.
