Hertsmere Borough Council called and requested confirmation on their written representation. Two representations have been submitted; one electronically and one via hard copy, both received by the IPC.

Advice given

Confirmed to P Bentley that the hard copy representation had been received past the deadline for submission: 19/11/2010 and therefore is not valid. The electronic representation however had been received in time and is valid for registration purposes.

Both representations submitted were identical and there are no further issues.
