Dear Alex,
Please find attached the Rule 8 letter which details, amongst other things, the Timetable for the Examination of the Rookery South Energy from Waste application:
file attached to e-mail In regard to your query, the Examining Authority's second round of questions are made to all Interested Parties.
Rule 10 (6) of the The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010 states:
(6) The Examining authority may in writing request?
(a) a specified number of additional copies of any representation;
(b) responses to questions posed by the Examining authority about the matters contained in any representation; and
(c) such further information about the matters contained in any representation as the Examining authority may specify;
and shall specify the date by which these must be received by it.
In regard to the below, the closing time for electronic submissions to the IPC is Midnight:
