A Decision Letter (PDF, 417KB) and Amendment Order (PDF, 360KB) have been issued by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to make a non-material change to the North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014.

An application for a non-material change to the North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014 has been made by C.GEN Killingholme Ltd. If you wish to make a representation this should be emailed to NorthKillingholme@planninginspectorate.gov.uk. The deadline for receipt of representations is 23.59 on Friday 25 September 2020.
