Scottish Power Renewables have not given sufficient consideration in formulating their proposals in respect of the following 1.Locating all supporting infrastructure offshore to prevent the destruction of the Suffolk countryside 2. Locating all infrastructure that cannot (for technical reasons not cost) be located offshore to brownfield sites e.g. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft where both areas would benefit substantially from regeneration If the Planning Inspectorate does not rule that Scottish Power Renewables should fully research and resubmit their application on the basis of using offshore and brownfield sites then they and Government will be endorsing a legacy of destruction in Suffolk and elsewhere. legacy of destruction in Suffo
