The proposed development will be a disaster for the local area in general and Aldeburgh town viitors and residents in particular. The construction phase will have a devastating effect due to the disproportionate volume of heavy construction traffic on all the small country and town roads that will be used. The adverse effects will be due to noise, safety of other road users including pedestrians, cyclists and holiday makers. The facilities that attract holiday makers, artists, nature and wild life lovers, older people who have come for their retirement years and all the residents will be ruined for at least the next ten years. The permant installations will be disproportionately large for a small agricultural and holiday area. A new location with an industrial heritage should be found which will benefit the area and not destroy it.
