The proposed development is too large for a small town and rural holiday and retirement area. The roads are too small and will be unsafe for the normal road users during the construction phase. The permanent installations will be disproportionately large for a small agricultural and holiday area. A new location with an industrial heritage must be found which will benefit the area and not destroy it.
